How do we communicate with each other?
All consultation sessions are conducted virtually with the option of a telephone consult. Need alternative options to better suit your needs? Book a 15 minute discovery call to see if we can accommodate your session.
Are your services covered by insurance or health benefits?
This will have to depend on your extended health benefits. If your benefits cover the services of a Registered Dietitian, you will be able to claim it using your receipt from the sessions.
Do you help with vegetarian, vegan, or special diets?
Absolutely! We specialize in plant-based, vegetarian, gluten-free, low FODMAP, and other special diets. All recommendations are tailored to your preferences and nutritional needs.
How many sessions will I need?
That depends on your goals and conditions. Some clients benefit from just 1–2 sessions, while others may prefer regular support over several months for sustainable results.
Do you offer meal plan or macro tracking service?
Yes! We have a session dedicated to meal planning and recommendations based on your specific needs.
What if I need to reschedule?
We’re happy to accommodate your schedule, but please provide us with at least 48 hours notice for rescheduling. If you need to reschedule within the 24-48 hour window, a $45 processing fee will apply.
What if I missed my appointment?
We will reach out to reschedule your appointment and an invoice denoting a no-show fee at full cost.
